When my grandfather originally built the home in 1981 I was just a teenager. When my grandparents passed I owned this home with some family members. Eventually Rick and I bought the family out and Rick did a MAJOR renovation on the home back in 2012. When I say MAJOR, I mean MAJOR! It is AMAZING! I may be slightly swayed by the fact that the 2 most important men in my life built this home but I hope you love it as much as I do.

Our Ocean City Maryland Beach Home on the Bay side. Sleeps 12 and has Boat dock on the canal of the Assawoman Bay located in Ocean City. Our home is far from your ordinary beach home. It is for us a true retreat at the beach with all the comforts of home. The home is fully stocked with all the comforts of home.

The home very comfortably sleeps 12 with memory foam and Serta sleeper beds throughout. It’s a great home for 2 families with kids too. We have 2 master suites, each with custom dual showers that are perfect after a long day at the beach or on the bay. One of the suites has a Queen size bed and a full size Serta sleeper, The other is a King size bed only. The 3rd floor is a large spacious GIGANTIC bedroom that is perfectly set up for all the kids to share and includes an Xbox 360 and a few games as well. The 3rd floor has 2 Queen beds and 1 full size Serta sleeper. We have flat screen TV’s through out the home , with 1 in each bedroom as well as WIFI and upgraded internet to accommodate all of your families multiple tech gadgets. An upgraded and fully stocked kitchen with upgraded appliances to include a Dual drawer dishwasher, both K cup machines and Coffee Makers and French door refrigerator with ice-maker. We have 2 decks overlooking the canal and our pier which can accommodate up to an 18 to 20 foot boat side docked that is the last canal before you are right on the Assawoman Bay. One of Ocean City’s most breath taking views of the bay. The home also has Off Street Parking for up to 3 cars.

We would love to have you stay with us!
We do rent full week rentals in the summer from June through August and also rent the home year round. During the off season we do weekend rentals, full week rentals and mid week rentals. A minimum 2 day stay is required. A cleaning fee is also required as we have the home professional cleaned after each guest to ensure all our guest arrive to a clean and welcoming home.
